Parents don't seem to have any real expectations of their children anymore. Tell them yes all the time and then when they hear the word "NO", they get a little irate cause they aren't use to it. Parents need to raise their demands/expectations and lower the amount of giving things unless they are earned.Leahnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6316617410436977874.post-13902424121893400242010-02-05T01:49:22.947-05:002010-02-05T01:49:22.947-05:00The California Legislature is trying to pass a law...The California Legislature is trying to pass a law against life sentences without parole for juveniles. This would be retroactive and anyone who committed their crime under the age of 18 would get a new sentencing. A sentence like that would only be applied in a particularly heinous crime. Proponents of the bill say that we don't have good impulse control when we are young, so we shouldn't lock someone up for the rest of their life for "one mistake". Murder is a pretty big "mistake" and one that can never be rectified.Jan W.http://griefsjourney.facesofthemissing.orgnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6316617410436977874.post-80460701157344546942010-02-04T19:36:47.665-05:002010-02-04T19:36:47.665-05:00Can you say prescription medication? Can you say prescription medication?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6316617410436977874.post-53052400878322572402010-02-04T12:50:37.726-05:002010-02-04T12:50:37.726-05:00Its patently ridiculous to blame it on video games...Its patently ridiculous to blame it on video games.
