While most of Nanna's relatives in her age bracket have passed away, most of her relatives have not. Most of us still live in or around Houston. We still ache when we think about how that gentle, loving, giving person died. I hope the police than find the sorry excuse for a person who murdered Nanna. As an aside, it would be nice if the media could restrain itself when something horrific like this occurs . . . I learned of this by watching the news. The family members hadn't even had time to contact other family members before her murder, in gruesome detail, was broadcast on the evening news.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6316617410436977874.post-26950293343261507242008-08-01T19:47:00.000-04:002008-08-01T19:47:00.000-04:00Sometimes I have found myself wondering what does ...Sometimes I have found myself wondering what does it even matter about finding the killer. The person is gone. The horrible deed is done. Nothing will give that person their life back. Usually the punishment doesn't fit the crime. (Example: A WARRANT TO KILL by Kathryn Casey) The only thing that is really any consolation in my mind is that if the perp is caught and taken out of society maybe they won't get the chance to take another innocent life.Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15651225350506387416noreply@blogger.com
